Working In the Fast Food Industry

The fast food industry is a very different place to work in.  It can be a great place to work in, or a nightmare.

A lot of the way your job quality at a fast food is depends on your position in the job list.

If you are the owner or manager of a fast food resaurant your life is probably fairly good, you make a decent amount of money, and not many people can make your work life miserable, as the majority of the people work below you.

On the other hand if you are just a regular, minimum wage worker, your life could be pretty miserable.  Managers can easily make the life of their employee's miserable.  THey can do this by making you work for longer hours than you are supposed to and not paying you for those hours, and making you do nasty work that is not in your job description.  If you have a good manager though, then you might have a job of joy.  Some manager encourage their young employees to seek higher education, and help them to learn the skills that they will need in other jobs, but will help them in their fast food job also.
